Very well located. In the heart of the historic center. Close to Istanbul's main pedestrian street, bars, nightclubs, markets and metro. Super polite staff and always ready to help with everything. Mustafa is rated 10. There are several types of rooms and sizes. The ones ending in 01 are the best, larger, with two double beds and quieter. More than enough breakfast. Mineral water, tea and coffee always available at reception. Very good Wifi. This is the third time I have stayed here. As I'm staying longer due to plastic surgery I'm undergoing, I renewed for another 30 days at this hotel because I liked this hotel so much. Best of all: Viçê can receive visitors without the embarrassment of having to present ID at reception and entry through the quaris is reserved and does not go through reception, further increasing privacy.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The property was well maintain. Good location. But to me most important was staff were super friendly specially Mustafa was great and kind. I had very late time check-in they help me with my heavy luggage. Also they provide me breakfast even after serving time has been finished and they bought me fresh warm bread.

The hotel is centrally located. Very easily accessible to the city center. Very good Turkish breakfast. Mustafa was very good and helpful.

The property was close all the tourists spot and like 5-10 mins walk from metro or 2 mins from bus. It was close to restaurants too room was nice and clean

Rating 1000 stars for this hotel. Book before it's gone! A hotel in the heart of the old center. Close to everything. Close to the main pedestrian street, metro, bars and supermarkets. I was enchanted by this hotel and will definitely return many times. It's the kind of good, beautiful and cheap h9tel. The rooms have been renovated. Bad enough breakfast. Tea, coffee and water are available at reception at all times. And what's left over from breakfast is available for you to use until it's gone. Excellent service from the staff, especially Mustafa. What a dedicated boy. He anticipates everything that is happening. He takes his bags to his room. Something that sometimes not even 4-star hotels do this. I had had surgery and the next day when he found out about the surgery, he moved my room to the first floor to make it more comfortable and moved all the suitcases again. Very friendly and always attentive and ready to help. Very honest. I had forgotten valuables in the room and he kindly let me know that I had forgotten something. The room has very quiet split air conditioning, minibar, electric kettle for making tea and excellent quality Wifi. Forget any negative comments. It must be from repressed people. You can receive visitors at no extra cost and entry is very discreet and does not go through reception. This is very cool. I will definitely be back.
